No matter what you’re looking for—foodie recs, a quick bite, post-show cocktails, historic downtown vibes, or beyond—we’ve got you covered.
Show Your Ticket: Our friends at Caroline, Sapori Italian Kitchen, and Driskill Bar & Grill all offer special discounts when you’re having a night out at the Paramount!
Avenue of Paramount Stars: You’ll find stars just outside our doors that honor Texas artists who have made incredible contributions to Austin culture through the city’s historic theatres. There are currently six stars: Ruthie Foster, Delbert McClinton, Lyle Lovett, Jerry Jeff Walker, and one for Greater Tuna’s Jaston Williams and Joe Sears.
Saint Cecilia + Houdini: Once inside the Paramount auditorium, look up to see a neoclassical style painting of Saint Cecilia, patron saint of musicians. Look to the top left of Saint Cecilia for a small hole in the ceiling. Legend has it that the Houdini Hole was carved to perform a suspended levitation trick when he performed eight shows here in 1916.
